Meet Claire
I am Claire, a Certified, Professional Career Transformation Coach, Founder of the Alchemy Transition Co and creator of the ARISE™ Career Transformation Framework.
My work is shaped by over three decades of senior HR experience, alongside my own lived experience of navigating significant career and life transitions.
Following burnout, redundancy, and a personal journey through cancer, I made the decision to step away from a long-established career and retrain in work that felt more aligned, purposeful, and sustainable.
That experience informs how I support my clients today — with depth, honesty, and a deep understanding of what it takes to move forward when things feel uncertain.
